Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves extensive interaction with customers, ensuring a delightful and professional shopping experience. If you have a flair for style and a genuine desire to connect with people through the beauty of jewelry, we want you on our team!

Non-complete List of Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and make phone calls.
  • Conduct sales transactions and operate POS software efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and showcases.
  • Manage and record jewelry repairs and customer inquiries.
  • Offer advice and recommendations on jewelry selections for various occasions.
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to enhance customer support.

 

 

Non-complete List of Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Jewelry Sales Associate preferred but not required.
  • Product/Services knowledge in the jewelry sector preferred but not required.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism, acknowledge, and learn.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of handling various situations.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with a company-first mentality.
  • Demonstrates a passion for jewelry and customer satisfaction.
  • Availability to work as necessary and during peak season.
